Notice: Visitor’s Agreement

1-Visitors of the American Sui Juris Society, herein AmSuJuSo, amsujuso, American Sui Juris Society and/or any other derivation found within this site and/or its several links, files, pictures, icons, documents and/or Whatever pursuant to this site agree to be bound and honor the following agreement. Furthermore, you agree that American Sui Juris Society is a private member’s club, and that, sans a written agreement, contract and/or compact between American Sui Juris Society and yourself no obligation on the part of the parties aforementioned, including but not limited to donations, downloads and/or documents you may obtain through this site are in any way binding upon American Sui Juris Society. You, the visitor agree to take notice and be bound by the site’s legal disclaimer found within, et al.

2-Works found within the site unless otherwise stated are the exclusive property of its owners.

3-As a visitor you agree to hold “American Sui Juris Society”, or any derivation thereof, its founder, trustees, beneficiaries and members harmless and explicitly indemnify the aforementioned persons pursuant to this agreement should the need ever arise in all things, in all ways, at all times. Any parties having a complaint against American Sui Juris Society shall put forth a full, wholehearted effort to remedy any and all grievances by private mediation in accordance with the below Mediation Waiver.

4-You, as a visitor of the American Sui Juris Society explicitly agree to keep the communications of its membership inviolable and to always act with the best interest of the society and its membership at heart.

5-As a visitor, you agree to the terms of service as well as the privacy policy of the American Sui Juris Society together with this Agreement .

(If you are law enforcement or a government agent we cannot accept you into the inner sanctums of this website as you have already appointed man as master and is a direct conflict of interest to the sanctity and safety of the free speech herein. 2. I agree to live by the rules and policies first and foremost, and follow the rules and structures developed as a community under AmSuJuSo to the fullest of my potential and submit myself fully thereto.
3. I will devote time to making AmSuJuSo a better place for all, and will not in any way intentionally detriment any member, administrators, or affiliates.
